Mere access to eliteshoes does not require registration, however, to place an order in our Store, registration is necessary.
To do this, you will have to create an account by filling out a form with your personal details (first and last names; date of birth; address, zip code and location; telephone number and CPF), as well as providing an email address and password, which you must keep strictly confidential.
We treat all information shared with us privately and confidentially.

Shipping and Returns
For amounts above R$100.00, delivery of items is free.
An order will only be shipped after payment confirmation. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email confirming the tracking code to track delivery information.
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service contracted or depending on the time period provided in the shipping method description.

For a purchase to be eligible for a return, the items purchased must be in the same condition as they were delivered. They must also be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of misuse or mishandling.
